Runner Structure：This type of turbine is mainly composed of a nozzle, a cylindrical runner, a casing, and an optional draft tube.

Operating Principle：The water flow strikes the runner blades twice, allowing for more thorough energy extraction. During operation, the high-pressure water first enters through the nozzle and impacts the blades on the upper half of the runner tangentially. It then passes through the internal cavity of the runner, changes direction, and strikes the blades on the lower half again before finally being discharged from the opposite side.
